Ozark Housing Authority's High Performer Designation

Ozark Housing Authority has been recognized as a High Performer again!

We are pleased to announce that Ozark Housing Authority has been designated as a High Performer for another 3 years!

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) developed a rating system to measure the performance of housing authorities across the country. Public Housing Assessment System (PHAS), measures financial condition, physical condition, management operations, and customer satisfaction in their determining awards.

The Ozark Housing Authority is consistently rated "High Performer", the highest designation awarded by HUD. For the year of 2023, we have continued this pattern and earned the "High Performer" rating!
