Maintenance Notices

Lawn Care:
It is the tenant's responsibility to mow their yard once a week. Yards will be checked every Thursday. If your yard needs to be mowed/weeded, the maintenance department will leave a warning notice with a deadline to get it done. If it has not been done by the deadline, the maintenance department will mow/weed eat and you will be charged. The maintenance department charges $25.00 to mow and $10.00 to weed eat.

Pest Control:
Once a month, West Pest Control will come to your unit to spray. DO NOT refuse this service.

Air Filters:
Air filters are changed the 2nd full week of each month.

Trash Collection:
Trash pickup is on Monday and Thursday. Put your trash out that morning and not the night before. If you live on 23rd Circle, Lura Lane, South 43rd or South 44th Streets, the recycling is picked up on Wednesday. All the other locations, the recycling will be picked up on Monday. The recycling program is a voluntary program.

Windows:
There will be a $5.00 charge for maintenance to re-hang any window screens removed from the windows. There is a $100.00 charge to replace the window screen frame and a $75.00 charge to re-screen a frame.
