HOTMA Information
The Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act, known as "HOTMA", was signed into law in 2016. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) finalized the HOTMA rulemaking in 2023.
Upcoming policy changes will take effect soon. Residents, come join our HOTMA Public Meeting on Monday, September 23, 2024, at 2:00 PM, located at the VBHA Community Center, 218 S. 17th St., Van Buren, AR 72956, to learn more about the upcoming policy changes that will be implemented!
